Law Enforcement

• FBI IC3: ic3.gov (submit a complaint; attach all exhibits).
• CFTC Whistleblower: Submit Form TCR for commodities/derivatives fraud with potential whistleblower protections and awards.
• FTC Consumer Fraud: reportfraud.ftc.gov for unfair/deceptive business practices.
• Local police report (reference IC3 complaint number).
• State Attorney General (Illinois) consumer fraud division.

Domain & Hosting Abuse

• Registrar (Gname.com Pte. Ltd.): Use their official online reporting form. Email reports are not accepted - must use web form for case tracking.
• Cloudflare CDN/Security: Use their official abuse reporting form. Note: Cloudflare provides pass-through services and cannot remove hosted content directly.

Platform Abuse

• Telegram: telegram.org/abuse
• WhatsApp: In-app “Report” on the conversation profile and email abuse@support.whatsapp.com.

Preserve Evidence

• Export complete chat histories as JSON/PDF with timestamps.
• Record screen-capture videos of withdrawal errors.
• Download on-chain transaction receipts (e.g., Etherscan/BTC explorer).
